A place to maintain independence, you’ve come to enjoy throughout the years without the burdens associated with home ownership. Choose either a one or two bedroom apartment and you’ll appreciate the spacious, luxurious design. You’ll take pleasure in the functional kitchen, where you can prepare your favorite dishes or treat yourself to a meal with friends in the dining room.

Residents of Riverview Place continue to expand their horizons through Communiversity. A collaboration between three local colleges to provide university-level courses to people in the community. Join the Riverview community in attending musical events and exhibits, interspersed throughout the seasons Saturday Communiversity classes.

The Wellness Program at Riverview Place is designed to serve those residents living independently and residents needing assistance. This program includes: emergency visits, blood pressure checks, Eye drops, injections (B-12 and allergy), weight monitoring and reorder of prescriptions to name a few.

Riverview Place has a wide choice of activities scheduled on a monthly basis. A complete activity calendar is distributed monthly to each residents apartment. Some of the activity events include:

Full time massage therapist on staff. Some benefits of massage: relaxes the nervous system and reduces stress. Relief of muscle tension and stiffness, promotes deeper and easier breathing, creates a feeling of well-being and much more.

Riverview Place will arrange housekeeping and laundry services for our residents by request.
