WELLNESS CENTER PROGRAM
Healthy Choices
The Wellness Program at Riverview Place is designed to serve those residents living independently and residents needing assistance. Residents can receive personal assistance and routine nursing care through “The Health Services Department.”
In addition to the Wellness Program, services will be provided for residents living in the independent apartments as well as the assisted living apartments.
All residents will be on the Wellness Package and be entitled to the following services.

Walk in Health Clinic
Monday-Friday 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
(A’La Carte Services available when clinic is closed)
