Jeff was named CEO of Friendship Inc. in 1993 and became CEO of Riverview Place in 2001. Riverview Place and Friendship, Inc. were combined to form Villa Nazareth Corp. in 1999. Jeff’s main focus as President/CEO of Riverview Place is to provide the highest quality service to our residents. Jeff is currently at his Riverview Place office on Wednesdays and Fridays each week.

As controller of Riverview Place, Kristine is responsible for the oversight of our financial functions. Kristine is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Riverview Place in 2010, she supervised the financial reporting at Target Corporation’s legal entities in their Minneapolis based headquarters.

Kim has worked in the area of non-profit fundraising for the past 10 years. Kim joined the Riverview Place management team in 2009. She coordinates fundraising events and campaigns and participates in community activities. Riverview’s core values align closely with her personal values and she loves the idea that together we can make a difference!

Dave provides leadership in the maintenance and operation of the physical facility assuring that the physical plant operates at optimum capacity, economy and efficiency. Dave makes sure Riverview is a safe and comfortable place for residents, staff and community.

Jill joined the management team in 2010 at Riverview Place. Jill has been affiliated with CHI since 1987 in many positions at St. Francis Healthcare and Oakes Hospital. This background includes 16 years of acute care nursing and management along with 7 years of long term care experience. At Riverview Place we have a health services department of ten nurse aides and five nurses who work together to serve our resident’s health needs. We focus on a resident centered approach to determine what specific cares each resident may benefit from.

Kathy joined the staff at Riverview in 1995. Kathy and her family chose Riverview for her parents. After their passing, she realized it was a place she would love to work. Kathy is accomplished at listening skills with both staff and residents. Kathy leads staff effectively towards goals that meet the needs of residents. She challenges employees to demonstrate our Core Values: Reverence, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence while carrying out their daily duties.

Bonnie began her career as Riverview’s activity director in 1993. In 1995 Bonnie was asked to head the marketing department. Her area of expertise include: marketing development, resourceful planning, creative thinking, and relationship building in the community. Bonnie continuously finds new ways to meet the needs of Riverview residents.

Sr. Agatha for the past 25 years has shared her gifts and talents with the residents and takes time to do many things to bring joy and happiness into their lives. “Working at Riverview Place has been a great blessing to me. I have been inspired by the faithfulness and caring nature I’ve seen in residents and staff; I have received much more than I have given.”

Ruth was drawn to Riverview Place eight years ago by our mission and core values. She is an Associate of the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and is very familiar with their ministries. Ruth organizes staff and resident spiritual growth opportunities by providing leadership and a listening ear. The spiritual services team is available to new residents and offers support with volunteer visits and information meetings.
